Chicago, IL (July 13, 2010) -- Scientific Food Solutions (SFS) has been selected to present information on two of the company’s proprietary ingredient products at the Institute of Food Technologists (IFT) Intellectual Property Exchange (IPEx) July 18, 2010 from 2:30 to 4:30 p.m. at Chicago’s McCormick Place Convention Center. SFS will feature FAST-C™ and Aqua-Lyte™.

The IFT intellectual Property Exchange (IPEx) is a business-partnering forum held during the IFT Annual Meeting & Food Expo. IPEx’s purpose is to connect intellectual property (IP) rights holders with those who are looking to purchase or license IP. This forum connects universities, companies and entrepreneurs with IP to sell and/or license to companies and entrepreneurs seeking to acquire new technologies or processes.  Companies must apply to participate in this event, which is presented under the IFT Science Program.

FAST-C is a premium, faster absorbing and well-retained Vitamin C ingredient which has been the subject of two US-based double blind, randomized crossover clinical trials.
